A graduate from the prestigious Department of Architecture & Planning of University of Roorkee (now IIT Roorkee) followed by working with some of India’s most recognizable names in the architectural and real estate consulting business, Siva established Sylvan Architecture in 2010, since then having undertaken 90% of his projects in international locations.
The firm specializes in hotel and restaurant design and is frequently consulted by hotel investors for design and technical studies in India and overseas. He is instrumental in conceptualizing and developing design standards for innovative hotel brands in South Asia Pacific and Australia, where he is currently advising on the development of a creative new brand. His foray in to the restaurant space extended from a Gastro Pub style restaurant near Sydney, to UsQuBa in Singapore and Smoke Co in Bangalore.

Victor’s irreplaceable contribution that sets him apart from the crowd is to take charge of the development of the menu that guests will experience; from testing to training and creating the buzz and energy only a few a professional kitchens experience.
An alumnus of the Oberoi School of Hotel Management, Victor has been the Executive Chef with InterContinental Hotels, Kempinski Hotels. Starwood Hotels & Resorts and Oberoi Hotels amongst others in a career across eight countries; leading to his current practice of creating and launching Food & Beverage Experiences in several destinations.
